Jeff Langham, AIA
Principal | jeff@studioeles.com | 210.380.8622
After a childhood spent in the Sonoran Desert, Jeff received his degree from the University of Arizona in 1995. Since relocating to Texas, he has nearly three decades of experience developing architectural and interiors projects in the San Antonio / Austin area. Early in his career, Jeff realized that the creation of great architecture requires an appreciation of even the most mundane materials and how they come together. This appreciation of both design and the craft of building has led to thoughtfully executed projects throughout Texas and beyond. All of these projects are rooted in the notion that the architect is a leader and key partner throughout construction.
When Jeff is not romanticizing about the design process, you can find him with his family at an Austin FC game or studying native fauna.
Jeff is registered to practice architecture in the State of Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Colorado.
Julie Schneider, EDAC
Principal | julie@studioeles.com | 512.466.6473
Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University. She started her career in 2003 in the Facilities Department of Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. From that beginning she has continued to build on her healthcare background expanding into Senior Living, Wellness Centers, Surgery Centers, Dental and Physician Practices. In 2007, Julie formed Schneider Halls, an Architecture and Interior design firm specializing in Healthcare. This firm grew as a successful business and ranked in the top 15 Design Firms in Austin. This firm was acquired by a much larger A&E company in 2016. This experience re-emphasized the importance of caring for the client, bringing inspiration and enthusiasm to detailed work and that the size of the company is not an indication of the success of their projects.
Julie acts in many instances as the key connection from the interior environment to the exterior skin on the building allowing for cohesion between disciplines. She has worked on countless occupied renovations and complicated build-outs. She prides herself in listening to clients’ needs while challenging coloquial thought.
Julie enjoys travel, yoga, hiking, and spending time with loved ones.
